Welcome to Nico Just Landed! These Terms & Services outline the conditions for booking, purchasing, and participating in paid consultations and related services offered through our website, https://nicojustlanded.com/.

By booking or purchasing a consultation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Consultation Services

Nico Just Landed offers personalized travel and language-learning consultation services designed to provide practical advice, recommendations, and guidance based on each client’s individual needs.

Travel Consultation — $40 USD

A personalized video consultation lasting up to 90 minutes. Topics may include destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, local customs, travel logistics, and other aspects of planning an independent trip.

Personalized Language-Learning Strategy — $60 USD

A personalized video consultation lasting up to 60 minutes, accompanied by a customized written study routine. The consultation focuses on helping clients develop practical learning strategies based on their current language proficiency, goals, interests, and available study time.

Additional Services

Custom travel itineraries, travel-planning projects, writing assignments, and other collaborations may be available upon request. The scope, pricing, and delivery arrangements for these services will be agreed upon separately before work begins.

All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking a Consultation

Consultations must be scheduled through the booking calendar available on our website.

Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate service, choosing an available appointment time, and providing accurate contact information.

After submitting a booking, clients will receive an automated email containing their appointment details and a secure payment link.

Submitting a booking does not automatically confirm the appointment. Reservations remain provisional until the required payment has been received and verified.

Appointment availability is subject to change, and Nico Just Landed reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking when reasonably necessary.

3. Optional Booking Information

During the booking process, clients are encouraged to provide relevant background information in the optional notes section.

For travel consultations, this might include intended destinations, trip duration, travel preferences, or specific questions.

For language-learning consultations, this might include the language being studied, current proficiency level, learning goals, or particular challenges.

Providing this information is entirely optional and is intended to help make the consultation as productive and personalized as possible.

Information submitted through booking notes will be used solely to prepare for, communicate about, and provide the requested consultation service. Clients should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Payments and Appointment Confirmation

All consultation payments are processed securely through Stripe using the payment links provided in booking confirmation emails.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of submitting a booking.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

Bookings that remain unpaid after the 24-hour payment period may be canceled, and the reserved appointment time may be made available to other clients.

Clients should use the same name and email address when making their payment as they used when scheduling their appointment, whenever possible.

Nico Just Landed does not directly collect or store complete payment card details on its website.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed when required.

5. Rescheduling Appointments

Clients who need to reschedule must contact Nico Just Landed by email at nicojustlanded@gmail.com at least 24 hours before their scheduled consultation.

Rescheduling requests made within this period will be accommodated without an additional consultation fee, subject to availability.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not guaranteed to be accommodated and generally do not qualify for complimentary rescheduling.

Clients should not assume that an appointment has been rescheduled until they receive confirmation of the new date and time.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits

Because consultation appointments involve reserved time and individualized preparation, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours in Advance

Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled consultation will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward a future consultation with Nico Just Landed.

Credits are administered manually and are not automatically issued through Stripe.

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation generally do not qualify for a refund, credit, or complimentary rescheduling.

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without providing sufficient advance notice generally forfeit the consultation fee and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Refunds

Customer-initiated cancellations are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations by Nico Just Landed

If Nico Just Landed must cancel a confirmed appointment and an alternative appointment cannot be agreed upon, the client may choose a full refund of the consultation fee or a credit toward a future consultation.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Consultation Attendance and Communication

Consultations are conducted remotely through a video communication platform.

Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a suitable device, and access to the agreed communication platform.

Meeting instructions will be provided before the scheduled consultation.

Clients are encouraged to join on time. Late arrivals may reduce the amount of consultation time available, as appointments may need to conclude at their originally scheduled time.

If a technical problem prevents the consultation from taking place, both parties will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative connection or reschedule the session. If Nico Just Landed cannot provide the purchased consultation, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

8. Nature of Advice and Results

Consultations are intended to provide personalized guidance, practical recommendations, and educational information based on the experience and knowledge of Nico Just Landed.

Travel-related information, including prices, transportation schedules, entry requirements, local conditions, and availability, may change without notice.

Clients are responsible for independently verifying important travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and other official regulations, before making travel arrangements.

Language-learning consultations provide strategies and recommendations intended to support individual progress. Specific learning outcomes, proficiency levels, or timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Nico Just Landed does not guarantee particular travel experiences, financial savings, language-learning results, or other outcomes.

9. Personalized Written Materials

The Personalized Language-Learning Strategy consultation includes a customized written study routine tailored to the client’s language proficiency, learning goals, interests, and individual needs.

The personalized written study routine will be delivered by email within 3 business days following the consultation. For the purposes of this service, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays.

The materials are intended for the client’s personal use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or published commercially without prior written permission.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery within the stated timeframe, Nico Just Landed will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

10. Changes to Services and Pricing

Nico Just Landed reserves the right to update consultation offerings, prices, service descriptions, and availability.

Any changes to pricing will apply to future bookings and will not retroactively alter the agreed price of an existing confirmed, paid appointment.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

Nico Just Landed strives to provide accurate, helpful, and practical consultation services.

However, decisions made by clients regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, financial commitments, or language-learning activities remain their own responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nico Just Landed is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including changes to third-party travel services, government requirements, transportation disruptions, or events occurring during a client’s travels.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Services may be updated periodically to reflect changes in consultation offerings, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

For existing confirmed bookings, the terms agreed upon at the time of booking will generally continue to apply unless a change is required by law or mutually agreed upon.
